Standard services are priced consistently by annual revenue and defined scope. Your final project scope and fixed fee are confirmed before work begins. Extensive reconstruction, unusually complicated returns, or work outside our standard offering may require an assessment and separate quote, or may not be accepted.
We do not bill the same work twice under overlapping cleanup and catch-up categories. No work outside the agreed scope is performed or charged without your approval.

We work virtually from our local presence in East Central Wisconsin, Greater Milwaukee, and Minneapolis. Bookkeeping projects use QuickBooks Online. Complex job costing, inventory-heavy accounting, and fractional CFO engagements are outside our standard offering.
Once your books and taxes are current, our ongoing monthly packages can help you stay organized, prepared, and ahead of future deadlines.
Monthly packages generally provide better overall value than purchasing the same accounting and tax services separately. They also offer ongoing support, coordination, and proactive service that one-time projects don't include. There is no obligation to continue after your project.
